Documentating LSA status of a Sonex for sale

Hello.
What stuff in the logs and other documentation do I have to check to verify that a Sonex that was completed and
registered in Canada and subsequently registered to a second owner in the USA is legally an LSA for the third
owner (potentially me) in the USA? Engine is 6 cylinder 3300 Jabiru.
