We discuss practices and considerations behind designing and implementing the electrical system for your Sonex project. We’ll speak with a well-respected and recognized expert in aircraft electrical system design, Bob Nuckolls, and tap into his more-than-50 years of experience. Our guest is Bob Nuckolls. Bob is best known for his work on “The Aero-Electric Connection”. He publishes a book of electrical system knowledge, advice, techniques, and sample electrical system diagrams, and is a fixture on the Matronics Aero-Electric email forum.

Watch for Part 2 as the next episode. There was so much good info from Bob that we had to cut it off and save some for another show!

I think this was a very informative session with Mr Nuckolls. We should ask to schedule him for a part two as the next episode if he is willing. Many more issues to discuss and if anyone in the forum would like to send us questions to ask of him, that would great as well. The more participation we receive the better this will be for the Sonex community.
