Just installed the Rotec electronic ignition on two Jab3300s. It uses a hall sensor to fire the ignition and gives you an output for the MGL rpm counter. Works great. Previously, we just counted the pulses from the alternator which worked OK at low and high rpm but was erratic at mid range. Now it reads solid.
