Chamfering the Rudder Drive Horn

Rock, paper, scissors, carbide, aluminum.
Carbide wins.
To chamfer the rudder drive horn, I used a trim router with a carbide tipped chamfer bit. The end result was a very nice 45 degree chamfer that only required light sanding. The whole process took less than five minutes.
I'm pretty sure that I will be using the trim router again during construction.
