Go to http://www.mykitlog.com and you can search for specific planes being built. There are a lot of Sonex aircraft on there, some being the B-models.

Yes, lots of good stuff here. I was building a Vans RV-9A so I actually have almost all of that stuff. Measuring tools = Very Important. I do like my pneumatic cleco gun!
1X and 2X rivet guns will be of little use here I think.
I do have a good quality Pop rivet gun (Can I say pop rivets here?) AND I bought an electric Milwaukee "pulled-rivet" gun too.
Tons of deburring tools, but do you have a source for a #30 double deburr tool?

AND

If I only need 100 pounds of elbow grease, this will be WAY easier than a Vans!

For the deburring tools i went through brown tool, https://www.browntool.com/Listview/tabid/344/txtSearch/deburr/Default.aspx The Dogleg and coarse file wood block are probably sufficent although i could see the fine file version being useful
