Just wondering if there is a recommended spacing between circuit breakers and if it's measured center to center or edge to edge.

....
another idea is to use the standard spacing off of the standard bus bar.
another idea is to look how Cessna or Piper did their spaceing
another is to look in the some of Tony Bingelis" books for ideas, as a side note,
my issue of "tony Bingelis" book "A Builders Handbook" does 'not' give the std. spacing.

When I worked at Sikorsky the CB spacing would match the bus bar spacing and of course would have room for the breakers. When I did mine I made my own buss bars by hand, and chose spacing so they would fit and not bind going in. Since we are not Terminators our precision is limited, so don't make them too tight. If you have a mill or CNC you can make them tight.

In general holes are measured and specified center to center.

Bryan - thanks. I figured with the .7" - 1" spacing I've been reading, it had to be center to center.
