Posted: Sat Sep 15, 2018 11:52 amI prefer using hinges with removable pins and Camloc 1/4 turn fasteners in SS where a hinge is not practical.

Posted: Sat Sep 15, 2018 10:07 pmI used the plans hinge system for the lower cowl. I’m a fan of nutplates so that is what I have to attach the upper to the lower cowl, #8 floating nutplates. Doesn’t take that long to undo the cowl.
