Nice video Peter. The Onex looks great. I'm a little jealous of the Goolwa guys; in summer you can just zip out over the ocean to avoid the bumps.

Google Earth says 1743 NM direct. Bit more than that by the time you divert to places where you can get fuel, but you should win the longest distance award :) I'm intending to go.

It's definitely a fair hike, I think the biggest issue will be an oil change somewhere on the way or way back. 17 hours flying each way. 25 hour service intervals.

Great video, and a very nice painted Onex :-) *This* summer I also hope to have mine flying (I have been saying I will be finished in the summer some time now...) Videos like this sure help the motivation, thanks.
