My bends in the top of the channel interfere with the RF21-04 horiz splice plate. Wondering if anyone else has that problem. Measurements seem right but I might have to shave off some to get clearance. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I went through this exact issue last night, and chamfered & polished away the contact points on both the spice plate and the vertical channel. There's a sliver of light that separates them now.
