Battery location on tri-gear.

Have required battery. Where does it fit on the firewall? Plans are not helpful for tri-gear.

The battery will not go where the plans show it if you have the Odesy, spelling, battery recommended. I put mine up to where the firewall angle breaks and as far right, looking aft, as I could. The only problem is the top of the nose gear tube is right under the battery box and if the spring allows it to jump up it will hit the battery box. I shortened the nose gear tube as much as possible and I have enough clearance below the box I think. Time and hard landings will tell.
