Engine control cables

I am using an AeroVee engine with an Aero Injector carb.I would appreciate any comments and photos of routing and where any other builders penetrated their firewall for the Aero Injector control cables.

Here's how I routed mine. Came thru upper left side of firewall using cable safes and made a support plate mounted to valve cover bolts and another support using unused stud on left side of engine block. About 100 hrs and so far so good.

Dennis,
Very secure looking setup. My airplane is a ONEX so the rocker box covers extend out thru the engine cowl. I think I will have to penetrate the firewall at a lower location and clamp my cables to the engine mount.
Thank you for your response.
