Onex Weight & Balance Spreadsheet

Postby JohnH » Thu Sep 08, 2016 9:56 pm

I have built a simple plug and play Excel spreadsheet for my (yet unfinished Onex #158). If anyone would like a copy let me know (johnhiggs199@gmail.com). Allows you to input your own specific weights and arms for aircraft, pilot, baggage and fuel (all in lbs, inches and gallons). Demo only, no responsibility taken for accuracy, consequences or viruses.

There was some earlier discussion in one of the threads about the weight of the new hollow spinner versus the solid one. I have the original as part of the kit and recently purchased the hollow one to attempt to offset some of the weight of the turbo. Just for information I weighed both today. The original solid spinner/crush plate weighed 46.8 ounces and the new hollow one weighed 20.25 ounces.
