If weather permits, count me in too.

Anybody else coming from the north?

My Sonex B isn't done yet, but I'm considering driving down. My fuselage is mostly done and I'm finishing the second wing this week. Should be rigging the wings next week. I'm particularly interested in getting some close up pictures of the finished product including throttle, mixture and fuel shutoff linkages and fuel line options. Also avionics box placement and wire run options. If somebody with an Aerovee Turbo is there, and could pop their cowl off for a a couple of photos, that would be great too. I'd be willing to share the expenses if somebody from my area in Michigan were flying down. I haven't had a ride in a Sonex yet. I'd like to see what I've gotten myself into.

Greg

If the weather permits, I’d be delighted to take you for a ride in my Sonex. You’ll have to fit the weight and balance requirements.

I’m hoping some of our Cheesehead friends make it also!

Ok it’s a little less than 3 weeks to the fly out and we have some big news.

Lonnie Prince, CEO/President of Prince Aircraft and great supporter of our community will be providing 5% discount certificates for a purchase of a Prince propellor! You must attend the fly out to receive one.

So you can fly in and get a free lunch AND a discount on a great prop!

Or you can drive in, get a cheap lunch AND get a discount on a great prop!

Or you can fly your SubSonex in, get a free lunch, a discount on a great prop (for your other airplane) AND we’ll top off your fuel when you depart!

A big thank you to Lonnie Prince and all the great companies that have supplied us the literature we requested. Here’s hoping for some great weather. Please keep posting your intentions to help us estimate food, thanks.
