The Upper Firewall Assembly has optional Anchor Nuts called out. Do the nuts attach to the Wndshield Strap -08 or to the Upper Firewall Former -09? The drawing is unclear and the Canopy Drawing ONX-D01 doesn't show it either.

Mine are attached to Windshield Strap -08.
