That is for center controls. I am using the center weldment but not the left side one.

Thanx Bryan So with center controls you have to take your hand off stick to In gage flaps? Or do you still have duel sticks?

Billy, Still have dual sticks. Throttle, mixture, fuel shutoff, flaps, and handbrake are all in the middle. Fly left hand in the left seat, right hand in the right seat. Except for the Sonex hand brake and sticks instead of a yoke, it is like a Cessna.
Edit: you can see more of the controls here. The flap handle is folded down so I could get the tank in and out.

If wanting to keep hands on throttle and on stick while landing, consider adding an electric flap operator. 12 volt 6" linear actuators of at least 100 pound thrust capacity can be found for under $100, and if switch is next to throttle, hand does not have to move. If throttle and switch are in left lower corner of panel, can also operate the trim tab while keeping hand on throttle. Have drawings available.

Thanx David Good option. Do you use a momentary switch for that And how does it reverse?

You can use either a (ON)-OFF-(ON) or a (ON)-OFF-ON switch depending how you want it to function.
The first one, you hold until the flaps are where you want, let go, and the switch returns to OFF.
The second one you hold it for the flaps going DOWN, but when you flip it UP the flaps will come ALL THE WAY UP.
Need DPDT switch in either case. The leads to the flap motor are the center poles, power and ground go to, for example, the left and right poles for up, and the right and left (opposite) poles for down.
The actuator you want to find has built in OFF when it reaches end of travel. Also, if you have an EFIS you should get an actuator with a built in position sensor so you can show flap position in the screen.

I think this is one actuator that has been used on a Sonex, (not mine though) I still have the handle.
