I cannot find the page on my Sonex plans that calls out the rudder pedal springs.

What did other builders use to make these, and does anyone know what page they are specified on? I found them on the overall controls page but nothing specific about how to make them or what to use....

Wow. The rudder spring callout was on the page I was looking at. I think I need to get more sleep.

Ignore the question. Thanks

Sleep! That sounds like a bad idea, with respect to progress. Perhaps it was a bad iphone correction. It is spelled c-o-f-f-e-e.

Yeah what Bryan said! How do you think I got to where I am at in 1-year! Sleep is for old people!

Sigh. I turn 50 in a few weeks. That is my excuse and I am sticking to it.

Now. How so you install fairlead snap rings? I am convinced they were invented to frustrate me.

I just turned 48. Two more years of sleep deprivation should be more than enough.

I'm catching up to you Robbie. I think I turn 42 in a few weeks also...I'm loosing track anymore.
I will tell you this, I can definitely tell that I'm getting tennis elbow and carpel tunnel itis from working on this project. I'll be glad when the constant drilling clecoing and riveting is over (soon).

Got you all beat. I'm 51. I also flew my Waiex around the summit of Pikes Peak today. Thought I got some pretty cool video too, until I returned to the hangar to find the camera sitting on the table next to my lunch. So just because you can do cool things with your plane, your age might not let you enjoy it later.
