Rudder pedal mount shimming?

Rudder pedal mount shimming?

Has anyone had to shim under the rudder pedal mount leg to get the assembly to lay flat against both skin and angle? These were machine angle / match hole parts that were cloco'd together and riveted. Looks like the left side will be the same.
