If you want a sanity check, look at your mixer mount. The stops are built in and the lever arm from the pivot to the stop can be measured. Then you can ratio the motion by the idler and lever arm on the stick assembly. The hole clear the front of the stick where the bottom of the pivot is. On the backside my aileron stop hit the skin. This would be a good engineers week project to model up.
