i posted this on the previous sonex forum and did not receive any replies so i am posting here again.
detail of 02 (seat belt attach assembly) shows a rivet size of 1/8" for the top hole on either side of the F10-05 l & r seat belt attach brackets and a ccp-46 rivet (to be used later when attaching the cap assembly to the 02 seat belt assembly in view C-C) however, view C-C shows an an3-5a bolt and nut in the location where the ccp-46 rivet hole is. am i reading the sheet wrong? or does the top hole of the indeed have a bolt thru it ? or? i checked all the the sonex and waiex revision pages and did not see a correction. thanks
Another issue I've run into on this page. The F10-09R/L support channel laser drilled holes do not match up to the laser holes in the F10-08 clips. I stuck a cleco in 1 hole to show how the other 2 holes don't line up. Additionally the clips are not designated right/left (they are identical), yet the 3 holes need to mirror each other to fit with the respective support chanels, and they don't. This means several misaligned laser holes, and 1 non-existent laser hole that will need to be dealt with to complete this part of the assembly. I've emailed Sonex tech for clarification.
The detail for this part of the assembly is View F.
I have seen a couple instances with holes like that. I wonder if it makes sense to document them all in one place to help Sonex perform Q/A and figure out what went wrong.

The answer I received from sonex was to use the center hole as a guide, and the outer 2 holes should updrill to #30 OK for rivets. They are looking into improving these holes on future parts.
My F22-06 angle was off. Hard to split the hole with one piece of .025 and one piece of .125. I made a new angle.
