aluminum bar stock

Could someone tell me where the 1"×1 1/4"×14" long aluminum bar stock is used? I flipped through the plans and didn't really see what it's used for. I'm figuring it has something to do with the landing gear or engine mount but I missed it wherever it goes. Just curious at this point.

If you have the A model Sonex? I think only the wing spar attach blocks use this bar. The Waiex uses some bar for tail strengthening in a Service bulletin.

Ok. I have a B model Waiex. I'll go look at those drawings and see if that bar is used in either area. There's also a 1"×1"×8" bar too. I'm guessing it's a reinforcement too. Maybe I'll find out what it does while I'm poking around those locations. Thanks
