New AeroConversions Accessories Available!

Sonex Aircraft is excited to announce three new accessories from our AeroConversions product line that can be used in Sonex Aircraft, or any other experimental!

Hollow Spinner/Crushplates:
Sonex Aircraft's trademark machined Spinner/Crushplates are now manufactured with a new hollow design, cutting weight in half! Our spinners double as propeller crushplates and are machined from solid aluminum billet. Available in two prop hub pattern options fitting AeroVee, Jabiru/CAMit, Rotax, UL Power engines and more, AeroConversions Spinner/Crushplates can be used on a wide variety of experimental aircraft.

ABS Molded Fairings:
A new feature in B-Model and SubSonex kits, AeroConversions ABS Molded Fairings are made from .063" thick white ABS plastic, are durable, lightweight, can be installed easily and can accept paint with high-quality results. Retrofit your existing Sonex Aircraft project with these new fairings. Cable, pushrod, counterweight and other fairings available and prices start at only $3.90!

ESF Foam Cubes:
Used primarily in the SubSonex Personal Jet, we are making Explosion Suppressant Foam (ESF) Cubes available for any experimental aircraft builder interested in reducing fuel sloshing/surging and improving fire/explosion resistance. Approximately 2.52 cubes are used per gallon and ESF Cubes are sold per cube at $1.50 each!
