RESULTS of The SBPF initial meeting of members.

The Voting Members of the Sonex Builders and Pilots Foundation approved three (3) proposals at the Initial Meeting on Monday, July 29, 2013. The following proposals were unanimously approved by those who voted:

1) The number of directors was fixed at three (3).
2) The Board of Directors was divided into three (3) classes.
3) Three (3) directors were elected, as follows:
Robbie Culver, to serve a three-year term,
Eric Seber, to serve a two-year term, and
Michael Farley, to serve a one-year term.

A big thanks to all of those who voted, joined the meeting at AirVenture and became voting members!
