2015 Sonex Builders & Pilots Foundation member meeting

Greetings Fellow Sonex Enthusiasts,

We are pleased to inform you that on Monday, July 20, 2015, the Sonex Builders and Pilots Foundation, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (the “Foundation”), will hold its Annual Meeting of Members in Oshkosh, Wisconsin at AirVenture on the Flight Line adjacent to the Sonex Aircraft, LLC display booth at 11:00 a.m. CT.

We hope that anyone who is a member of the Foundation, has an interest in attending, or has an interest in Sonex aircraft will join us. We plan on offering updates to our current status, offer insights on future events, and if you're a voting member, this year will have four important items to vote on:

• Elect one (1) director to a three-year term. Mike Singleton is nominated for this position. (This position replaces Eric Seber, who has chosen not to run again due to work and family obligations)
• Approve the expansion of the Board of Directors to five (5) members.
• Elect one (1) director to a one-year term. Scott Meyer is nominated for this position.
• Elect one (1) director to a two-year term. Jim Hicke is nominated for this position.


The Board of Directors recommends that you approve the proposals.

Please plan on attending this important event!

Voting members who have paid their annual dues as of June 28th, 2015 will be able to vote and the specifics will be sent out Monday June 29th, 2015 via email to members and voting members.
