I have a gallon of alodine from the original owner. It is in the original unopened container and is a dozen or so years old.
I would rather use it than dispose of it.
Does alodine have a shelf life?

3 years for hexavalent in an unopened container.
Going to have to find a plating company to dispose of this. Ugh.

I have some that is premixed and used, stored for 8 years and I used some of it again the other day and it worked as good as new still.
I would just use it up to save disposing it.
