Can someone recommend a tape to seal the gaps between wings and fuselage, stab and fuse, stab and tips, wings and tips, gear fairings etc etc? Thanks

Lots of widths of Gap Seal tape to choose from on Wings & Wheels (well-known glider supply shop):

Yes ! good stuff - I use it on flat or near flat adjoining surfaces - not much good for 90 degree surfaces, where I use draft excluder.

You can find a wide range of draft excluder in your local hardware. Mostly self adhesive, comes in a wide range of profiles, densities, thickness & some colour choices. best of all, being a non aviation product its relativly cheap. Keeps the weather, insects, wind noise out.
