After using Kitlog for awhile and I really liked the way it works. But I just recently had a problem with it not reading my backup which will make start over as I can't get any response to phone calls or emails for support. I'm thinking they could rebuild my file from my webpage updates.
Is anyone using other programs that work well or have support I'd be interested in switching to something with support even at a higher price. This program is useless without support I'd be happy even if they would respond and not be able to help.
