I am close to ordering a Sonex or Onex Kit (Trying to decide which one) but was hoping to get a ride in a Sonex first. In case you have time, there is builder-organized Sonex fly-in on June 28th in Bolingbrook, IL. I don't know how many aircraft are planning on showing up, but you might be able to hop a ride if any pilots are willing. It's also a good chance to meet some other builders and gain some first-hand knowledge. Below is a link to the Sonex Builders & Pilots Foundation calendar and events page. I was planning to attend Bolingbrook but now it looks like I will have to work that day. I will keep an eye out for another Sonex fly in - Maybe Tennessee.

Come over to kansas city and you can fly with me. If you like it alot I will sell it to you.
