Crop sprayer obliterated my canopy.. what's next?

With the diagonal brace spliced onto the existing horizontal cross tube, the whole assembly feels quite solid especially when handled near the rear bow as it mostly is. Adding a second brace mirroring that might actually cause a problem. Need a little bit of flexibility to get the canopy latch engaged. Did not think it would add as much stability as it did when I installed it, was a nice added bonus.
