SNX-T12-03 Upper Spar Channel - bolt orientation

Hello to all. I am assembling the Upper Spar Channel, SNX-T12-03, and drawing SNX-T09 indicates that all the AN-3 bolts are facing forward except for the two bolts on the clip, SNX-T12-06. Does anyone know if the two clip bolts have to face rearward or does it really matter?
