WingRigging

Today was a milestone. Sonex 374 had wings on today for first time. Rigging went well just follow instructions and keep checking work.

Congratulation! It is so cool when you get to see your Sonex with her wings on for the first time!

Congratulations! As Rick said, it's a very cool feeling to see your airplane for the first time with wings attached! If you have any pictures of the event please consider posting them.

Great work and keep it up!

Yep, I remember the day.
Well, actually I remember both days :?
My first attempt wasn't great and I had to redo it after a month of rebuilding parts.

Wow that's great. It only took me two times to get things right. Of course I started with a screw up from a previous builder so it actually was done three times but mine has been done for three weeks and am ready to get back to finishing the little things. Sometime I will take the time to write up what I did different to make sure the holes lined up in the spar attach blocks and the subsequent rigging to the plane.

WingRigging

I had to do it three times. While it was discouraging, I sure learned a lot!

Congratulations on a huge step!
