I have a GRT Mini X and servos in my Sonex. In smooth weather it works perfectly. In rough weather, not so much.
I wonder if there are others on this forum that have this combination and have it set to fly smoothly in rough weather. If so, could you share what you've done to improve it?
Here are my current settings:
Under General Settings:
Cross Track Gain 110%
Roll Gain 135%
Heading Gain 85%
Altitude Hold Gain 125%
Vertical Speed Gain 115%
Under Autopilot Setting:
Roll Servo Gain 283%
Roll Servo Damping 119%
Pitch Servo Gain 238%
Pitch Servo Damping 200%
Further, what action does gain provide, and what action does damping provide?
Thanks in Advance.
