Hi all,
I would like to mount a "whiskey"/liquid compass in my new Sonex. To this end I would ask for;
Recommended brands
Types - As in, in panel (standard, vertical card), above panel (pedestal also available as standard/vertical card)
Location - For an in panel, I am limited to in front of passenger. Could go for a pedestal, centre mount on glair shield or if anyone has experience of mounting a pedestal "hanging down" from canopy "bow" I would be interested in their experience.

Checked out your compass mount build/fabrication - great job.
Out of interest - what size is the compass?

I'll have to measure it. It's an antique from ebay, probably 2.25".
