Via the Boston FSDO FAA Safety Team:
Both the FAA and the Insurance companies have noted a district uptick in the GA accident rate since June.
This is not necessarily because "people are flying more because of the pandemic".
This is an uptick in the accident rate against hours flown. ie more accidents per XX hours flown this year compared to the the number of accidents for XX hours flown last year.

So don't expect insurance premiums to get better any time soon - and MUCH more important - be careful out there!
