Three month extension to flight review requirements IF
You have 500 hours, 50 in last 12 months.
No passengers - unless needed for purpose of flight (ie a doctor supporting a charity flight to transport a patient)

Sounds like insurers could not deny coverage on this as this is a RULE.

Unlike the earlier FAA statement that flying on an expired medical would not be prosecuted (so it's really expired but they won't do anything about it - but your insurers might not like that.)
