Nut plates/anchor nuts for inspection panels

Q1)
Building a legacy model and the plans call for sheet metal screws for the inspection plates. I know many have used nutplates/anchor nuts and I am curious what was used. I have some MS21047-08 all metal locking 2-lug nut plates that came with the hardware kit. I assume those are safe to use with the correct screw.
Q2)
My plans detail fabricating the pitot static assembly, mounting it to an 'inspection' plate, then using MS21047-3 nutplates/anchor nuts AN526-832R8 machine screws for mounting the inspection plate. But the MS21047-3 anchor nuts are 10-32 thread, while the AN526-832R8 machine screws are 8-32 thread.
But I have discovered that the plans for the B models, in the plate that holds the Wicks pitot static assembly (which came with my hardware kit), call for AN366F-524A nutplates/anchor nuts. They would seem to be nylon insert locking nutplates, but I cannot find them available anywhere. What did anyone else use when mounting the Wicks pitot static assembly - 10-32 or 8-32 thread anchor nuts and screws?
