Ivoprop In-Flight Adjustable...your experiences?

I'd really like the ability to adjust my prop for best take-off efficiency and altitude cruise efficiency in the same flight, and Ivoprops offer this at a pretty reasonable price. I've read a couple of negative reviews on them, but a lot more positive than negative for the most part, and the negative reviews seem to be on Ivoprop's older models, which have improved a lot according to the newer owners.
I was wondering how many of you have used one of these, and what your experience was with it.
