Hi all,
I looked up the spec on the CCC flush rivets called out for my aft spar. It looks like they are 120 degree heads, same as avex. Is this right? I pulled a couple in scrap, one with a regular 100 degree dimple and one with a 120 and neither fit great compared to a dimpled solid rivet. Basically the rivet sits just above flush and will need a little sanding so the big Y part of the tail can lay flush on the aft spar when the tail is attached to the fuselage. Is there a special die?
