Undersize Hinge Pins

I have heard of people buying / using undersize hinge pins to make putting the cowel on easier. Does anyone know where to get them? I need to make my gear leg fairings and just realized last night that I have plenty of hinge leftover but no more hinge pin. Somewhere in the last 9 years of building some pieces must have gotten lost. Before I just go order some more stock hinge pin from wicks I figured I would look into getting some pins that were just undersize to make inserting them easier. Anybody know where to buy them?

I don't know if they will sell only the pin but you can ask.If not it's still pretty cheap considering the benefit.Good idea ,think I'll do the same  http://www.vansaircraft.com/cgi-bin/sto ... duct=hinge

You can use music wire from a local hobby shop.I forgot the exact size needed but is's easy to find the correct one. I used a smaller size on the lower cowl hinge and copied Gus S 's idea of putting it in from the bottom and going right thru the cooler opening to a small section of hinge riveted to the area where the plans show a south co.
