Battery Cables

I would just like to give a great deal of credit to Battery Cables USA for outstanding customer service. I ordered some custom 4 gauge wires which Color, length and terminal sizes were my choice. They processed and shipped the order the next day. After a couple of days I noticed the tracking was not updating at all. Turns out the post office did not process their shipment at all which included 50 different customers and couldn't tell them even where the stuff was. Once Battery Cables USA found out, they took a loss and re-manufactured all the 50 orders and shipped them out fedex just to make their customers happy. I just got the original post office order today and called BCUSA. They said just keep it. It would be an even bigger loss for them to ship these back. I thanked the guy and told them it was rare to get that kind of service anymore. Just to help these guys out, if you are need The heavy gauge battery cables in your build, use these guys. The price was even good. Check them out.
