Chameleon Wingtip

Before the days of fiberglass wingtios, all of our wingtips were made out of aluminum. An advantage to the aluminum tip is that it can then be polished and, if so, it takes on the appearance of whatever is beneath the tip. Here is a photo of my Sonex "gravel" tip.

Those wingtips are cool Art! Robby, had it been 2 years ago I would have went for it.
