Plastic drill bits

Looking for #36 ,9/64 and 11/64 but can’t find them anywhere , any ideas ?

Have you tried McMaster Carr?
I went with plastic drills a size under, then chased the holes with spiral reamers of the final size.

I've made plexiglass bits by first using the bit on an old concrete block. Dulls it down so it doesn't catch on the plexiglass.

Try it on scrap. Then you are only out the cost of a drill bit or 3 if it doesn't work for you.

Brayn . I am just trying to minimize the chance of cracking the canopy and then blaming myself for it . Thanks

In the EAA “Hints for homebuilders” video series (see the EAA website), John Monnett created a video showing how to modify a normal drill bit for this purpose - definitely worth checking out!

I did see the video awhile back but after calling the Mc Master and found out how cheap the bits were, I ordered them . Thanks again for all the help .
