Cabin Heat?

Postby OnexMNM » Mon Jan 14, 2013 9:50 pm

Has anyone ever seen a Sonex or Onex with a cabin heat setup? It gets plenty cold in Wisconsin but I haven't ever noticed this subject on any of the factory forums. I suppose that a shoude around one of the two into one exhaust pipes could be ducted into the cabin and that would work. An electric heater would draw far too many amps to be usable.

I think that a decision to tap heat from a Jabiru exhaust sytem paralells that of suicide...:)

I have seen some stuff on the Yahoo forum about this...I am interested myself so please pass along anything you find.

I'll look in my bookmarks - I think I found something a while ago if I can figure out what site it was on.
