I wanted to use clear round access panel covers to save having to remove the covers for inspection but was not looking forward to cutting circles out of acrylic so I did some searching on the web. Amazon had some for close to $8 each--ouch. Then I found a plastics company in Utah that made me five .062 thick x 5" dia. laser cut clear acrylic discs for $6.60 (for 5) plus $3.75 for shipping--as inexpensive as you can get--probably less costly than buying the material to cut yourself. I received the discs less than a week after I ordered them. The cut edges are almost perfect and easily smoothed. I thought some of you might be interested in doing the same so here is the company info (I have no interest in or connection to this company and make no money on this--just passing on a good find):

I made some out of 1/16" Lexan/Polycarbonate

Cut them out with my trusty Wiss aviation tin-snips, and cleaned up with a bit of sandpaper.

Never put them on though.. must do that one day.. lol
