This talk will focus on the specific design and engineering of the XB-1, our supersonic technology demonstrator aircraft being built right now in Centennial, Colorado. I'll also tell a little bit about my story, and how the EAA and building a Sonex Waiex gave me the career trajectory boost that I needed to get to work on such a cool project.
Wish I could make it! Looks like OSH 2018 is my year; maybe you'll be giving us a great update on the demonstrator's build progress and/or impending flight test program then. :-)
Good luck with the talk, and say "Hi" to Mike Reid for me!

P.S. If I *was* going to be at your talk, I'd ask why the Tech Demonstrator has a mid-wing when the main vehicle is projected to be a low-wing design... Isn't that going to result in different flying qualities and (more importantly) different shockwave patterns?
