Memorial Service Accommodations
Posted: Thu Jun 04, 2015 1:55 pmALL: The Memorial Service for Jeremy Monnett has been announced for Sunday at the EAA Museum & Eagle Hangar.
I have had many ask me for this information as several members of the Sonex community expressed an interest in the arrangements and the opportunity to come to Oshkosh to pay final respects. I know travel to Oshkosh will be costly enough and would like to offer my home for accommodations for those who may need it. I can provide up to 10 beds here at 7th Heaven as well as all sorts of floor space if you just want to throw down a sleep bag. If you're flying in, I have tie down space right out the back door as well. If you're driving in I'll get you address and directions. Memorial services for Jeremy Monnett have been scheduled for Sunday, June 7th. Services will be at the EAA AirVenture Museum Eagle Hangar, with public visitation from 10am to 1:30pm. A service will begin at 1:30pm and a reception will begin at 2pm in the EAA Founders' Wing. Information about the EAA AirVenture Museum can be found at: https://www.eaa.org/en/eaa-museum
Note: the family will be conducting a private service prior to 10am, therefore, early arrivals are respectfully discouraged.
In-lieu of flowers, the Monnett family will be releasing details of a memorial fund at a later date.
