Polishing help

Having trouble getting in and around the pushrod exit and behind the pushrod, above it as well. Any small polisher- thinking maybe Dremel. Any ideas? Going to try Bright works polish too. Thanks Rick. Waiex 0146

Never found anything that would do the initial breakdown of the mill marks other than the 9" wool on the polisher. Its truly a pain. Just be careful not to "hook" the pad on something and bend the plane. Guess how I know?
For finishing the area out my Cyclo seemed to work the best. At least it doesn't bite in and run the risk of going crazy on you.
