Question regarding mounting the cowling. How did you guys locate the holes for the bottom mounting hinge? It sits just below the motor mount so the flash light trick doesn't work. Just looking for suggestions.

It's a bit back in the mists of time, but I think I fitted one cowl half at a time and marked a couple of hole locations through the hinge holes with a bent ended scriber. It sure wasn't difficult compared to getting the cowl to fit in the first place.
