I have been searching for a used/pre-owned Sonex. There is now a specific aircraft I am interested in purchasing. Can anyone here recommend an aircraft mechanics that knows the Aerovee 2.1 and can be hired to do a pre-buy? If possible, proximity to the Atlanta, GA area would be preferred.

I know several mechanics in the area. I know one who, although not familiar with the Aerovee, has a long history with VWs.
