Emergency parachute

Does anyone have any suggestions on what parachute is most comfortable and useable in a Sonex?

I wear a National Flat. Its two inches thick across the entire back. I take out the cushions and just use a blue camping pad for the seat cushion. It pushes you forward and changes your sight picture. If you have a center stick and sit center, it works well. A little cramped sitting left seat.
Unless you have a real short torso, I don't think a seat pack would work. A wedge might work better pushing your butt forward and reclining you a bit.

I use a softie mini and I sometimes I take out the back part of the cushion , sometimes I just leave it in , it does push me up a bit but I'm only 5'3 and it helps to reach the rudder pedals , normally I fly with cushion in and a 2.5 inch lumbar pillow to push me up and help out my major back problems , getting old sucks ,
