No, youtube recognized it automatically and I just had to acknowledge it's ownership... Most labels allow it and maintain rights to monetize the video or nix at their discretion, but don't... No problem as long as I'm not using their property to cash in.... :-)

Arron, did YouTube give you any grief for using the music? I've tried uploading some video with copyrighted music and they nixed it.
